At LSSI, I support initiatives that drive impactful, interdisciplinary research in the social sciences. My role supports the administration and delivery of LSSI programmes, including the ESRC Impact Acceleration Account (IAA), the Festival of Social Science, the Co-Production Network, and the Mid-Career Researcher Development Cohort.

I work closely with academics and partners to maximise the impact of social science research. This includes financial reporting and evaluation for the ESRC IAA, supporting academics participating in the ESRC Festival of Social Sciences and signposting to other university services.

Beyond funding, I support the LSSI Co-Production Network, bringing researchers and external partners together to share best practices, and play a key role in supporting mid-career researchers by coordinating activities within our development cohort.

In addition to these programmes, I contribute to the organisation of LSSI’s events and workshops, helping to facilitate knowledge exchange and engagement across disciplines. Whether it’s refining funding processes, supporting public engagement, or creating spaces for collaboration, my work is focused on ensuring that social science research reaches its full potential.

My academic background is in Mathematics and outside of work I am a competition climber and direct the National Universities Lead and Speed Climbing Championships.
