An exciting opportunity has arisen for a University of Leeds Postgraduate Researcher (PGR) to undertake a period of paid work with the Department of Health and Social Care through a structured placement.

The Department of Health and Social Care is the branch of Her Majesty's Government responsible for policy on health and adult social care. It supports ministers in leading the nation’s health and social care to help people live more independent, healthier lives for longer.

This placement project will involve working within the team at the Acute Care and Quality Directorate in Quarry House in Leeds. The placement will also include visits to the Department’s London offices, near Parliament, where the rest of the team are based.

The placement is part time and the number of working hours per week can be flexible, the start date is asap to finish at the end of March 2020.
