The Leeds Social Sciences Institute (LSSI)  and the Social Research Methods Centre (SRMC) are delighted to invite you to a joint research seminar on co-production methodologies. This event will explore a range of experiences and insights into the use of co-production in research, offering an opportunity for engaging discussion and networking with fellow researchers.

The seminar will feature methodologically focused presentations, each lasting 15 minutes, covering a diverse range of co-production methods.  Presenters will share insights into the opportunities and challenges they’ve encountered while deploying co-production approaches in their work.  Topics covered will include:

  • Distinguishing co-production from participatory research: What is and isn’t co-production?
  • The benefits and applicability of co-production methods
  • How to determine if co-production is the right choice for your research
  • Co-production ethics and safeguarding considerations

This seminar is open to all and will be particularly relevant to researchers (at any stage of their career) who are interested in co-production methodologies. Whether you are new to the concept or have experience to share, we welcome your participation.

This event is now fully booked.  If you would like to register for the waiting list, please email lssi@leeds.ac.uk.
