In this video, Dr Milena Buchs, Associate Professor in Sustainability, Economics and Low Carbon Transitions, talks to Professor Louise Waite, Professor of Human Geography at the University of Leeds, and Director of the Leeds Social Sciences Institute. Milena discusses her research about fair climate policy, looking especially at the effects of carbon and energy taxes on fuel and transport poverty.
